Today was pretty standard, had an amazing breakfast, ran some errands with Artemio, Raymoundo, and Marichewie, and picked up Maryanna. Then I remembered it's
cheap Wednesdays at the movies, so I saw Rambo. It was pretty bad, but had Spanish subtitles, so that was kinda cool. Then I watched the lunar eclipse with
Artemio and Maryanna until 8 when Alejandro and Monica picked me up and we went to Bible study at some chick's house. It was cool, but I grasped very little
of the lesson. Then it was time for prayer requests and someone asked me, in English, if I had in. So in my best Spanish I said "Quiero Aprender Espanol"
(I want to learn Spanish). Everyone laughed at me, so I explained how serious I was and Alejandro told me that it's supposed to be for like sick family
or something. Afterwards, I met some nice people and one chick who teaches English here and is not allowed to use Spanish at all and she told me that
maybe she can get me a job. Chida!
